Bands for 48 roles across six sectors, from the placements we made this year.

What moved this year
Salaries rose fastest where supply is thinnest: ICU nursing, data platform leads and hotel general managers. Generalist roles moved with inflation or slightly below it.
The market pays for scarcity, not for titles.
How we build the bands
Every band comes from an offer we negotiated this year, not from job adverts. Low is the 20th percentile of accepted offers, high the 80th, and the median is the offer most people signed.
- 48 roles across six sectors
- Only accepted offers, never advertised ranges
- Updated every quarter
How to use them
If you are hiring, pitch at the median and move towards the high end for scarce skills. If you are looking, the band tells you what a fair first offer looks like.
